🧽 Terms and Conditions –Elite Facility Care
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of cleaning services by Happy Nest Cleaners (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to the customer (“you” or “client”).
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services may include domestic, commercial, end-of-tenancy, deep cleaning, or other specialist cleaning.
All services will be performed to a professional standard using appropriate cleaning materials and equipment, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
- Bookings can be made by phone, email, or via our website.
- You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a 50% fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if property conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond the agreed scope.
3. Access & Security
- You must ensure we have access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- If keys or codes are provided, they will be kept secure and used only for the agreed service.
- If access is not possible, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payments
- All prices are agreed in advance and may be quoted hourly or as a flat rate.
- Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted methods: [cash, bank transfer, card, etc.]
- Late payments may incur a £15 late fee after 7 days.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange to re-clean the area free of charge.
6. Liability
- We are insured for public liability and damage.
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items not disclosed as fragile
- Costs arising from delays due to access or unforeseen circumstances
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide a safe working environment
- Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
- Remove valuables or fragile items from areas to be cleaned
8. Privacy
We will only collect and use your personal data to manage your bookings and provide services, in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
9. Amendments
